What is the clinic all about?
- The ORHL now offers modified body contact rules for the upcoming 2024/2025 season.
- We are offering this body contact clinic so that players can learn and understand what body contact is all about.
- We want all players to be safe on the ice, and we will be not only teaching how to use body contact properly, but also
how to take a hit safely.
- Bantam (U15) and Midget (U16+ and U18) age groups only.
- The clinic will be run by Tom Sadler and Mike Kosziwka, who, between them, both have years of high level hockey experience and insight.

- 2 x 1.5 hour skates, September 10 and 12, 8:00pm-9:30pm
@ Teen Ranch Arena.
- Capped at 30 players on the ice.
- $30 per skate, per player.
